Terms of Service

By using the website or services of New Braunfels Pool Care LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide pool cleaning, weekly maintenance, green pool recovery, tile cleaning, equipment repair, and related residential pool services across New Braunfels and Comal County, Texas. All services are subject to availability, weather, and current route load.

Pricing and Payment

We provide an upfront quote before scheduling service. Weekly maintenance is billed monthly with standard chemicals included. One-time cleanings and repairs require customer approval prior to starting work. Payment is due upon completion or monthly invoicing. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

Property & Equipment Liability

A certificate of insurance is available on request before work starts. Pre-existing equipment wear, structural plaster deterioration, or damage caused by improper prior chemical balance are not covered.

Cancellation

Weekly maintenance service is billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel weekly service at any time with 7 days' advance notice before the next billing cycle. For one-time repair or cleaning visits, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to reschedule or pause service in the event of severe weather (lightning, severe storms, hard freezes) or if backyard access is unsafe (unsecured pets, locked gates, hazardous pool equipment wiring). Technicians will notify you immediately if service cannot be safely completed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided plus reasonable damage repair through our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
